  5. How long does a carpet clean take?
  6. Generally the clean will take between 30 minutes to just over an hour per home. It depends on the condition and size of your carpet. We acknowledge that very carpet has individual and unique requirements. 7Stars offers a time schedule with all our jobs if you’re worried about the time.

  7. What is involved in a standard carpet clean clean?

    1. Inspection of all areas
    2. Pre vacuum
    3. Pre spray cleaning shampoo. Recognize stains and treat. Agitation if needed helps release stain.
    4. Clean carpets using hot water extraction.
    5. This step cleans, deodorizes and rinses while extracting dirt, soils and stains from the carpet
    6. Final inspection / customer feedback
  9. Do you have a Carpet Steam Cleaning and Pest Control package?
  10. Yes, We also offer Carpet Steam Cleaning with Pest Control if it is required. So instead of looking for a separate company, we can do all at a discounted rate.

  11. Will any additional cost occur during the cleaning?
  12. As there are various differences in each house such as size, age etc, it really depends on the condition of your property. Keep in mind, we will give you an exact price after an inspection on the day before commencing cleaning.

  13. Do you do end of lease Carpet Cleaning as well? What if your cleaning is not up to the real estate agent or landlord’s standard?
  14. We guarantee our bond carpet cleans for a full 21 days. If there is anything we’ve missed or not up to the agent or landlord’s standard, please let us know and we will come back out to the property and rectify it ASAP (normally within 24hours). Let 7Stars take care of that for you? Provided there is no permanent damage at the time of the clean, we give you our Guarantee.

  15. I have to be at work on the day of the clean, can you still clean my carpet?
  16. Yes. If you are happy to leave the keys somewhere safe, we can pick them up and leave them in the same spot upon completion. Please note we cannot be liable for the keys in these cases. You can leave them with your real estate agent and we will pick up and return (as long as the real estate is a reasonable distance from the property)

  17. What payment methods do you accept?
  18. Payment may be made in cash or via credit card at the beginning of the service, or bank transfer. For bank transfer customer will need to make a payment at least 3 days prior to the proposed clean date due to the time to clear. A surcharge will be added to the total amount of payment when using credit or debit card – 2% for MasterCard/Visa and 3% for AMEX/Diners Club. A written guarantee and receipt will be provided upon payment. This is only policy, and we guarantee our services to ensure a full bond refund.

  19. What do I need to do before the carpet cleaner arrives for a bond clean?
  20. Please ensure that everything removed from the property before the proposed cleaning date unless it is furnished property.

  21. What happens if something is damaged during the clean?
  22. 7Stars and all its carpet cleaning technicians are fully insured for your peace of mind. Any damage caused by us will be repaired by a professional. Please note it is policy of ours that we do not clean damaged items. A note will be left with any areas we believe to be damaged.
